Build a custom skill
An AI skill follows your instructions. A flow skill collects details and calls an app or webhook.
1. Name it and pick a kind. AI skill or flow skill. Go to Agent › Intelligence › Skills › New.
2. Write the trigger examples. When should the agent use it?
3. Add instructions or a flow. AI instructions, or the fields to collect and the HTTP request or app action to run.
