Use approved message templates
Messages that start a conversation use templates that Meta approves first.
1. Write the template. Keep it short and add personalised fields such as the first name.
2. Submit for approval. Meta reviews each template before you can use it.
3. Use it. Approved templates appear in campaigns and workflows.
Note: Replies inside an open conversation do not need a template.
