Connect your WhatsApp Business number
Connect through Meta's official API. The same connection covers Instagram and Messenger.
Before you start: A WhatsApp Business number · Access to your Meta business account
1. Open WhatsApp. Start the Meta connection. Go to Agent › Channels › WhatsApp.
2. Sign in with Meta. Allow access to your WhatsApp Business account.
3. Choose the agent. Pick which agent answers on this number.
4. Send a test. Message the number from your own phone before customers do.
