Reply to missed WhatsApp calls
When you miss a call, send a WhatsApp message so the conversation can continue in chat.
1. Switch it on. Turn on the missed-call reply for your number. Go to Agent › Channels › WhatsApp.
2. Write the message. For example: Sorry we missed your call. How can we help?
3. Let the agent continue. When the customer replies, your agent takes it from there.
