Set your agent's tone and guardrails
Personas set your agent's role, tone and the things it must never do.
1. Open Personas. Choose a predefined persona or create your own. Go to Agent › Intelligence › Personas.
2. Pick a tone. Friendly, professional, direct or neutral. Professional is the default.
3. Add guardrails. For example: never quote prices, never give medical, legal or financial advice, never discuss politics.
4. Or generate it. Generate a persona with AI from your homepage, the agent's role, your audience and your guardrails.
Tip: Healthcare and finance businesses should always add the matching "never give advice" guardrail.
