Create your first agent
Paste your website address and your agent reads your pages. No code is needed.
Before you start: A Steps AI account · Your website address
1. Open Agents. From the sidebar, open Agents and create a new agent. Go to Home › Agents.
2. Name your agent. Choose the name carefully. It cannot be changed after the agent is created.
3. Add your website. Paste your website address. Steps AI reads your pages, documents and FAQs.
4. Test it. Open the preview chat and ask the questions your customers ask most.
Important: The agent name is the one setting you cannot change later.
