Websites, files and FAQs live in Resources and can be shared by every agent.
1. Open Resources. Everything your agents know lives here. Go to Home › Resources.
2. Add sources. Add website pages, upload files or write FAQs.
3. Choose the agents. Pick which agents use each resource.
4. Keep it current. Update a resource once and every agent that uses it answers with the new information.
