Send a WhatsApp campaign
Send an approved template to a chosen audience. Replies go to your agent.
Before you start: WhatsApp connected · An approved template
1. Pick the agent. Choose the agent that handles replies. Go to Campaigns › New.
2. Choose the template. Only approved templates appear.
3. Choose the audience. A saved list, a CSV, Shopify customers or a single tag.
4. Review and send. Check the estimated cost, then send now or schedule it.
Note: A single campaign can currently go to up to 1,000 people.
