Customise the widget
Match your brand and keep the widget out of the way on mobile.
1. Brand it. Set your logo, colours, light or dark theme, title and greeting. Go to Agent › Experience.
2. Add quick questions. Up to five, so visitors know what to ask.
3. Choose the display. Floating widget or inline search bar, set separately for desktop and mobile.
4. Place it. Pick one of nine positions and when it appears.

Tip: Quick questions are the most useful field on this screen and the most often skipped.
