Turn Instagram comments into DMs
When someone comments a keyword, reply in their direct messages straight away.
1. Add a keyword. For example, PRICE or LINK. Go to Agent › Channels › Instagram › Comments.
2. Write the reply. This is the first DM the person receives.
3. Choose the posts. Run it on all posts, or one post or Reel, including live comments.
4. Add quick replies. Buttons wait for the customer's choice and branch on it.
Tip: On Instagram, replying from the Instagram app pauses the AI so it does not talk over you.
