Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect at the beginning of the next billing cycle. When upgrading, you'll immediately get access to the new features and will be charged the prorated difference.
All our plans include a 14-day free trial with full access to all features in that plan. You won't be charged until the trial period ends, and you can cancel anytime before that without any fees. No credit card is required to start your trial.
If you approach your daily message limit, we'll notify you. You can upgrade to a higher plan at any time to increase your limits. We provide a 10% buffer on storage limits before requiring an upgrade, ensuring you have time to make a decision.
