Does one credit equal one reply?
On our standard model, yes: one credit is one AI reply. Choosing a larger model or turning on Fast mode uses more credits per reply, and the model page shows the exact number before you switch. Customer messages are free, and the usage screen shows exactly what you have used. Credits refresh every billing cycle and unused credits do not roll over.
What happens if I exceed my message limit?
Buy an add-on credit pack from your dashboard, from 500 credits for ₹999 to 5,000 credits for ₹6,999, or move to a larger plan. Add-on credits work with every paid plan and expire at the end of your billing cycle.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan anytime?
Yes. Pick the plan that fits today, then upgrade or downgrade any time.
How does billing work?
Plans are billed monthly or annually. Annual billing saves 20%, so Starter is ₹1,999 a month instead of ₹2,499.

Yes. Your agent can answer phone calls with the same knowledge base and handoff rules. Voice minutes are billed as credits.
